I can not help you with any technical issues. The program is owned by the publisher and we do not have control over anything technical. The only thing I really ask is besides call him, let me know if there is anything he can not fix ASAP.

Do not let things go- unit 5 will be here before you know it and if you can not get into the program by the end of this unit, you will have problems in unit 5.
